Ann Emerson, 82, of Senatobia, MS went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 13, 2022. Ms. Emerson was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Estelle Wallace; and her brother, Lester Lyle Wallace, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Cates(Charles); daughter, Jenifer Lancaster; son, Kirk Scruggs(Tammy); grandchildren: Danita, Debra, Danny Ray, Rachel, Judy, Brooke, and Casey; step-grandchildren, Eric and Emily; 16 great-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth Pate; and brother, David Wallace(Linda). Ms. Emerson was a believer in Jesus Christ and a member at Independence United Methodist Church. She retired from Chromcraft Furniture after many years as a quality inspector. Her great joy in life was being “Grandma Ann” to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 5-7 pm. A graveside service will be held at Mt. Zion Cemetery on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 10:00 am.
