Barbara Eaton Payne, 64, of Olive Branch, Ms, passed away January 16, 2011. Barbara was a long time member of Southaven church of Christ. Most of her life was spent as a gracious homemaker for her two children and husband. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Gretchen Eaton. She leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Eugene Payne; her daughter, Amanda Payne; her son and daughter in law, Doug and Rachael Payne; two granddaughters, Alayna and Micah Payne; and her brother and sister in law, Tommy and Pam Eaton. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m., on Tuesday, January 18, at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 19, at Southaven Church of Christ, 1483 Brookhaven Drive in Southaven, and interment will follow in Blocker Cemetery in Olive Branch.
