Grace J. McGuffee, 90, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away Saturday, October 22, 2016. Mrs. McGuffee was born in Wynne, AR and moved to Memphis in 1940. She graduated from Central High School in 1943. She was an avid Bridge player and loved playing with her many friends. She was a wonderful wife and mother to her three boys and their families. She attended First Baptist Church in Olive Branch, MS. Mrs. McGuffee was preceded in death by her parents, W.D. and Darma Jenkins, her brother, W.D. Jenkins, Jr., her sister, Martha McCrossan, and her husband Robert R. (Bob) McGuffee of 62 years. She is survived by her three sons, Glenn Williams (Sharon), of Rossville, TN, Douglas Williams of Oxford, MS., and Reid McGuffee, of Memphis, TN, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 2pm. The family will receive friends at a reception to immediately follow the service, all at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude or a charity of the donor’s choice.
