Coldwater - Helen B. Hurt, 82, of Coldwater, MS, passed away at her home with family by her side on September 18, 2014. She was born December 14, 1931 in Hernando, MS to the late Raymond and Eula Savage. She is preceded in death by 3 siblings. She is survived by her husband, of 67 years, Kenneth C. Hurt "Bubber", sons Garry Hurt and Kenny (Becky) Hurt; two sisters, Evelyn Hale of Senatobia and Shirley Morgan of Hernando; brother Heyard Savage of Nesbit; 3 grandsons, Kevin, Justin and Adam Hurt as well as 6 great-grandchildren, Olivia, Emily, McKinlee, Gannon, Noah and Jack. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS with burial to follow at Greenleaf Cemetery in Coldwater, MS.
