John Robert Simons Sr. of Olive Branch, died at 60 on September 9, 2014. He leaves behind his son John Robert Simmons Jr. of Plainfield, Indiana, two step children Christopher Love of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Betty Ruth Love of Rapid City, South Dakota, one brother, Woody Simmons of Memphis, Tennessee, two sisters, Loyce Coleman of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Faye Melton of Drummonds, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his parents Andrew and Ethel Simmons, one brother Lloyd Simmons and two sisters Mae Whitehead and Ann Simmons. He also leaves two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Arrangements under the direction of Brantley Funeral Home, Olive Branch, MS.
