Linda Gay Cross, 61, of Byhalia, MS went to be with the Lord on August 3, 2023. Linda was born on June 12, 1962 in Natchez, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband, Al Cross; parents, John and Francis Whittington; sister-in-law, Pam Milligan; and uncle, Otis Coco. She is survived by her brother, Jack Milligan (Pam); brother, Steve Milligan; sister, Janet Floyd (Mark); uncle, Charles Laird (Wanda); and aunt, Dorothy Coco. Linda was a believer in Jesus Christ and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She had a warm and loving personality. She was a great friend and enjoyed keeping in touch with those she loved. Disney World was her favorite place to go and she went several times throughout her life. Linda had a crafty side and enjoyed making different things. She also had a love for all animals. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church from 11am-1pm with a funeral service to begin at 1:00 pm.
