Lynn's transparency and honesty about her illness and about her concerns for Fran were a priceless example of Christ living in a person in the hardest of times.  Her love and support for Fran, as well as his for her, demonstrated what's truly important in this life.  Her luminous smile brightened any day for all those around her.  I am thankful to have known this lovely lady.

To the family of Lynn.  Knew Lynn at Messick High School.  She was a beautiful and special person.  Notice that she continued that through a lifetime.  My sympathy to each one who called her family and friend.  Harrel Morgan

I am saddened by Lynn's death.  She was a year behind me at Messick and i hadn't seen her since then.  I remember her as a lovely sweet girl and I know she will be missed.

Lynn was such a sweet young lady, always smiling, always kind & such a great personality. My prayers go out to you, her family.  You were truly blessed by her presence.

So sorry to hear about Lynn. We were friends in High school and I remember her fondly and it was a shock to hear of her passing.  I wish the best for her family and wanted to let you know that Lynn touched many others in her life.

Lynn you will be greatly missed.  You taught us and your Grandchildren many things. One of the many memories like coloring Easter eggs, blueberry picking and love for animals will not be the same without you. We know you will be watching out for us from above and always in our heart. Your Strength, Courage and Determination are footprints in life we should all try to follow. You are loved and forever will be missed.

Lynn and I have been  friends since Cherokee Sherwood and Messick and church together We have been through wedding and divorces together  we have been on many cruises together  Last fall We went to Alaska Lynn has been  like a sister to me . L ynn leaves a very devoted husband  behind . It is hard comming back to Memphis  for her memorial .Most of us have lost our  parents Lynn  was so lucky to have her mother until last  year .
My wish for all is to live your life to the fullest like Lynn did  She  will be missed by her family and friends

My sister was a wonderful person whom I looked up to.  She made the best Lasagna, brownies with chocolate frosting, and German chocolate cake.  She was a Sunday school teacher, loved the outdoors and made people smile.  She taught me to French braid my hair, how to horseback ride in the mountains of Flagg Staff Arizona, how to water ski in Lake Powell Nevada on our way to Disneyland and she took my brother and I white water rafting in the Colorado River of the Grand Canyon.  Lynn was a very influential person in my life; she was my oldest sister and a great friend. Our father, Herman Eugene Landers, also preceded Lynn in death.  Lynn has three living sister's and a brother who will miss her dearly.  We know we will see her again in heaven wrapped in the arms of Jesus.  My love and prayers go out to Chris and Fran during this difficult time of adjustment.

I'll always remember the laughing, fun-loving junior high and high school friend I had.  I especially remember our sharing lunch in Mrs. Drinkard's Latin II class almost every day.  How in the world did she not catch us doing that?   Thanks for the great memories from Sherwood Jr. High and Messick High School. Rest in peace, friend; you will be missed!

We are so sorry to hear about her passing and offer our sincere condolences to all of her family. We have very fond memories of our childhood with Lynn as our friend and classmate.

So sorry to hear about Lynn. Those many years ago, in our Messick years, we were all young and full of dreams. Now, many of those dreams have become reality, and we are reminded of our mortality all too often.  Rest in Peace...
