Pauline Riggs Webb, 99, of Memphis, TN. passed away Monday, November 25, 2013. There will be a gathering of friends Friday, November 29, 2013, beginning at 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. all at the Longstreet United Methodist Church in Memphis, TN. The interment will take place at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in New Carlisle, OH. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Carl E. Webb. She is survived by her daughter Rebecca McFadyen; two granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.
