Robert Benjamin Perkins, 76, passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at the State Veteran's Home in Oxford, MS. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Burlee Perkins. He is survived by his son, Stephen Perkins and a sister, Billie Jean Hannah.
