He is survived by his siblings; Kathleen Harris, St. Louis, MO;

Tim Corrigan, (Pat) Olive Branch, MS; Maureen Corrigan, (Jim Russell) Escondido, CA;Colleen Spears, (Mike) Olive Branch, MS;

Matthew Corrigan,(Monette)Fairfax, VA;as well as lifetime friend Linda Raiteri.

Family was foremost in his life. He was a loving son and brother, and completely devoted to his Mom and Dad. He attended Sacred Heart School, Poplar Bluff, Mo, Graduated Poplar Bluff Senior High School, 1967,B.A., history; Memphis State University, 1971

M.A., history; Memphis State University, 1989. He was Manager, Davis-Kidd Bookstore ( now Booksellers at Laurelwood)Since 1985...28 years

He was a communicant at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Loved the St. Louis Cardinals and was a huge fan of Stan Musial, mostly for his reputation as a great citizen and decent human being.

He loved music, art, literature. He was an accomplished pianist and guitar player, an avid reader and an accomplished author and songwriter.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Brantley Funeral Home 6875 Cockrum St, Olive Branch, MS.
