Timothy Clark Moncrief went home to be with the Lord on Friday, February 12, 2021 at his home in Coldwater, MS. He was born to the late Lois and Inell Moncrief on July 28, 1961 in Wakefield, MS. He was a member of Wyatte Baptist Church pastored by Bro. Scott Rodgers. Timothy recently started attending East Tate Baptist Church where he worshipped with Pastor Alvin Whitehead. He loved his family and would help anyone in need. Timothy was a friend to everyone. He had a heart of gold. Timothy was preceded in death by his parents, Lois and Inell Moncrief; one sibling, Tony Moncrief. Survivors included his loving wife of 35 years, Celia Moncrief; two children, Mitzie Fitzgerald (Casey) and Jason Moncrief; four siblings; Clifton (Penny), Gary (Shelly), Eddie (Lawanda), and Matthew (Lisa) Moncrief. He also left behind three grandchildren; Elijah, Brooklyn, and Charlee Fitzgerald (Mitzie), and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021, at 10:00am with visitation beginning at 9:00am at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS. Burial will follow at New Garden Baptist Church.
