Marion Mary Viney

Marion Mary Viney (1914 ~ 2014) - Marion passed away peacefully at the SunnyBank Centre on Friday, March 28, 2014 in her 101st year. Predeceased by husband Roy Viney (1998); lovingly remembered by children, Kenneth Roy Viney (Susan) and Bonnie Marie (Garvin Jones); 7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Marion and her husband owned and operated an orchard on Road 9 for many years. They also served as missionaries in the late 60’s in Colombia, South America. Marion was diligent in her work as a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She will be remembered as the lady who wore the very high heeled shoes. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
