While working at Safeway, she met Kenneth Curtis who turned out to be the love of her life. They were married on October 24th, 1970. Together they raised four sons, Kenny, Tony, Kevin, and Brian.
Not only did she raise her boys but she was a second mother to her younger brothers, countless nieces and nephews, and friends of her sons.
She loved her family more than life and prided herself on her ability to remember everything about the ones she loved. She made such a positive impact on each of her 20 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren
A visitation for Carolyn will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106. Following the visitation will be a memorial service at 10:00 AM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home & Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park, 5701 Center St, Omaha, Nebraska 68106.
