Chuck was born in Omaha on September 28, 1953 to Charles and Leola Schlotfeld. He was a long time dedicated worker at Budweiser of Omaha.
Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Leola Schlotfeld and brother Daniel Schlotfeld. He is survived by son Ryan Schlotfeld, daughter Rachael Bland, grandchildren Carter Schlotfeld and Creighton Martin, siblings Deborah Funk (Gary), Gail Jones, Sue Cosentino, Rick Schlotfeld, Chris Neukirch (Randy), Lora Beil (Dell), Doug Schlotfeld (Debbie), Tracy Abolins, and Dennis Schlotfeld (Samantha), former wife and lifelong friend Leslie Schlotfeld (Jim Fey).
