Dale was born in St. Louis, MO in 1944. After graduating from high school, he immediately joined the Air Force and traveled the world. He proudly served two tours of duty during the Vietnam Era, and was eventually stationed at SAC in Bellevue, NE. He met his soulmate, Marita Ann Douglass, on New Year's Eve 1966. The two were married June 15, 1968 and welcomed three children. Known for his entrepreneuerial spirit, Dale launched many enterprises, including TJ Muggs and A&W restaurants, a motel, a bowling alley, a jetski business, and owned many investment properties. He was a real estate broker for over 50 years. He proudly retired in 2020 from OkOmaha Real Estate, a property management company, after his daughter, Michelle, joined the business with him. Dale will be remembered for his unique sense of humor and loving attitude towards all.
Dale is survived by his loving wife, Marita; children, Michelle "Mimi" Hahn, Douglass Hahn, and Heather (Kevin) Ruff; and grandchildren, Connor and Quinn Ruff.
MEMORIAL VISITATION: Saturday, November 2, 4-6 p.m. with MILITARY HONORS performed at 4:30 p.m. at Westlawn-Hillcrest. INURNMENT will take place at Omaha National Cemetery at a later date. Memorials to be directed by the family.
