Janice Eileen Thompson, age 81, of Omaha, went to be with the Lord Thursday May 16, 2019. Janice was born June 8, 1937 in Wakefield, NE to Reuben and Marjorie Holm. Janice is preceded in death by her brother, Verle (Bud) Holm. Janice is survived by her loving husband of 54 years James Thompson; children; Kristine (Duane) McCreedy, Jeff (Misty) Thompson; sister-in-law Barbara Brazie; 7 grandchildren, Blake and Grant McCreedy, Cody, Casey, Corey and Cally Thompson, Zach Price; many other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation for Janice will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Westlawn Hillcrest Funeral Home. A celebration of life will occur Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 10:30 AM at Westlawn Hillcrest Funeral Home, 5701 Center St., Omaha, Nebraska 68106.
