Jay is survived by his loving wife, Judy Myers; son, William (Teresa) Myers; grandchildren, Travis Stults, Tavin Myers, Tyler Myers, Brendan Myers, and Braxton Myers; and many extended family and friends.

A visitation for Jay will be held Thursday, September 11, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Westlawn-Hillcrest Funeral Home.
