Jess was married to the love of his life, Evelyn Kudrna, on May 4, 1962. Evelyn preceded him in death on May 22, 2022.
Jess loved spending time with family, caring for animals, collecting and going to the casino.
Survivors include his son, Floyd Weaver; his brother, Oscar Delaney; two sisters, Nancy Tripp and Jane Krashin; as well as many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Kenneth, William and James; and sisters, Pauline and Doris.
Jess will be placed to rest in Gerster, Missouri at a later date.
He will be missed dearly.
