Preceded in death by husband Jim, grand daughter Molly, sisters Carol and Betty, brothers Warren, Russ, Frank and Jack. Survived by sons Mark (Karen) Michael (Denni), grandchildren Matt, Anne, Kelsey, Corey Ayers (Kasey), great grandchildren Lola, Max Ayers, brother Dan Hotz (Amelia), many loving nieces and nephews and friends. Memorial to St. Jude Hospital
Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 at Crosby Colonial Chapel
Memorial Service will be Friday 10:30 at St Wenceslaus Catholic Church 15353 Pacific St
Private Inurnment will be Calvary Cemetery.
