Kim Marie Arnold

Kim was the oldest of the 4 kids born to Edward H Snyder and Eunice (Auer) Snyder of Nehawka, NE. Kim went to school in Nehawka and married Ed Arnold of Nebraska City NE. on June 10, 1974. They lived in Lincoln NE. where daughter Jennifer was born in December of 1974. Kim worked numerous jobs including restaurants, Square D, Dog/House sitter, and Pendleton factory, and then pursued a career as a surgical technician which she achieved with honors, leading to a move to Omaha and a 35 plus year career at Nebraska Med Center.

Kim loved people and never knew a stranger leading to many lasting friendships. She loved travel, the outdoors, horses, cats, and dogs, camping with family and friends, tending her plants and flowers, collecting memorabilia and candles, watching old movies and tv shows, spending time with her grandchildren, and snuggling with her pets.

Kim was preceded in death by her parents, and son-in-law Gregg Litty of Lincoln. She is survived by daughter Jennifer Litty of Clearwater FL., granddaughters Grace Litty and Olivia Davis of Clearwater FL, sister Kay Brown and husband Ricky of Ames, IA, brother Kurt Snyder and wife Vivian of Lincoln NE., brother Kevin Snyder and wife Kelley of Homer, NE, and several nieces and nephews.

We will be holding a Celebration of Life on March 22nd at 2:00 PM at the Nehawka Community Building, located at 217 Sherman Ave, Nehawka, NE 68413. May God’s blessings be with you as we gather to honor and remember.

Memorial donations will go to a charity of the family's choice.
