Major was born in Lake Village, Arkansas on February 12, 1930. Major Page Jr. was married to Henrietta M. Page on February 10th,1978; the couple were married and lived together for 40 years.
Major worked many jobs over the years, mechanic to senior care specialist he lived a life of service to others. The job that he treasured most was being an active Deacon in the church. Major started his walk with Christ in 1977 at Faith Temple Church of God In Christ, he then followed the word of God to Antioch Church of God In Christ in 1992. Deacon Page enjoyed a good baseball game with a bowl of pecans. His favorite pastime was to sit on a quiet lake or pond to fish.
Major Page Jr. is survived by Wife Henrietta M. Page of Omaha, Nebraska.
Children – Willie Franklin, Joe Page, May Lee Page, Eddie Gerald Page, Lee Page, Keith Page, Allen Page, Brenda Page, Verta Gene Page, Rosalyn Woloridge, Kevin Reddick, Prentiss C. Reddick Sr., and Steve Reddick. Major Page is also survived by many nieces, nephews, a multitude of grandchildren, great grandchildren & great-great grandchildren. As well as a large church family and friends, all of whom he cherished dearly.
Major was proceeded in death by his father Major Page Sr. his mother Rosie Lewis brothers Emanuel Page and Lewis Page and sisters Minnie Mae Harris & Claire Tucker.
Deacon Major Page Jr. has left a legacy of hard work, service, and dedication. This is a legacy built on more than words. He showed true love through his actions; Deacon Page spoke softly but walked tall with God as his guide. If you spent any time with Deacon Page; you experienced his patience and his love for you.
