Milton took care of my cars for many years.  I looked forward to seeing him and made it a point to visit with him.  He always had a good word and cared for the people he dealt with.  He was a man I liked and respected.  I am so sorry for your loss.  Mel Hansen

I am so sorry for the loss of Mr. Jackson.  I lived across the street from the Jackson family until this summer.  He always had a kind word when we would see each other on the street.  He was always so kind to everyone.  May God watch over and keep your family safe.

Milton has been tending to my car for the past several years.  His out-going spirit, kind heart, welcoming personality and friendliness always drew me back to Express Lube. I always left the station feeling better about the day because of his spirit.  The world needs more people like Milton. My deepest sympathy to his wife, family and dear close friends and co-workers at the station.  It is a great loss for all of us who knew him. Milton liked candy and I would always try to remember to bring him a bag of candy goodies.  The day before the tragedy of his death I purchased some candy and decided I would go the next day to Milton for an oil change.  I was so saddened and shocked by his sudden tragic death that evening. I took the candy to the homeless shelter in his memory. I pray for his Eternal Peace and for strength for all of his family and dear friends. 
To Milton I say:
Milton, May the angels lead you into paradise,may the saints welcome you and lead you into the New and Holy City of God.  May you rest in peace.  You will be missed. Thanks for everything.

I have also been going to the station for years and have always appreciated Mr. Jackson's kindness and honesty.  Rather than change out my headlight he would just tighten it up and send me on my way-no charge.  He was a wonderful man.  He will be missed. Milton will be missed! I got to know Milton when my mom, my brother, and I moved to Omaha. He was our neighbor. Then come to find out we got to see him because my brother started working with him. I loved his smile and how he would always come up to me and ask me how my day was and how I was doing.

I too used the Rapid Lube for a number of years and Milton was a great guy!  Always fair, always there with a smile and a laugh and always seem to enjoy his job to the fullest.  I was heartbroken when I found it was Miltons life that was taken.  So sad!  To Milton's family, take care of yourselves, let the memories help you through the days ahead; Milton will always be with you in your heart and soul.  God Bless.

Please accept our sincerest condolences to the family of Milton Jackson.  We live in the immediate neighborhood and have used Rapid Lube over the years.  We always got a kick out of Milton and the way he would carry on conversations with the customers, putting them at ease and making them feel welcomed back for another oil change or fluid check.  My kids got to know him when they all started driving also.  His "How ya doin' Buddy?" will be missed whenever I walk through the door.  Joel Shaw & Family

Milton Jackson was a very nice man!  He will always be remembered for being very helpful to all his customers and a nice friend to his neighbors.  I always looked forward to saying hello to him in the mornings as our families left for work and school.  He always had the time to say hello with a smile.  I pray for his family during this difficult time.

We met Milton when we moved to Omaha and went to get our oil changed. He had a way of talking to people and making them feel like you had been friends for years. He was always smiling or laughing and joking about something. When we heard what happend we were beside ourselves, we will continue to go there for service but it will never be the same without him. Our thoughts and prayers are with all who knew and loved him.

I had the pleasure of meeting Milton before his passing.  We were joking about how cool it was to be young again.  I told him I would return to get my oil changed when it was due and he said " make sure you do I only remember the cool ones".  He made an positive impact on me even for the few moments I go to know him.  I cannot fathom the loss you feel.  Please accept my deepest sympathies and condolances.
