Survived by wife, Juanita Brendel Peck; son, Richard D. Peck and wife, Gina; grandchildren, David, Daniel and Elizabeth Peck; great grandchildren, Alyson and Iris Peck.
Member of Kiwanis Club and American Legion. He was a retired U.S. Magistrate Judge.
