Anthony was born in Passaic, New Jersey, on January 22, 1942, the son of Salvatore and Constance (Puntolillo) Marchitelli.

A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St Mary's Church, 39 Walnut St, Oneonta, New York 13820.
Burial will follow in Ouleout Valley Cemetery, Franklin, New York.
