Charles Luppino Jr.

He was born on May 8, 1969 in Brooklyn, the son of Charles Luppino Sr. and Mariapia (Giordano) Luppino. He was affectionately known as Chaz, Junior, or Chuck as his brother liked to call him.

Charles was employed for many years as an IT Specialist for Rental One in Oneonta.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed spending time in nature with his family and friends.

Charles was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend to his family and all that knew him. He would give you the shirt off his own back for anyone and loved selflessly.

He is survived by his parents, Charles Sr. and Mariapia Luppino of Oneonta; brother, Joseph A. Luppino (Maria) of Queens; sister, Vivian P. Rahanaev (Albert) of Carmel; sister, Rosemary McHugh (George) of Feura Bush; brother Anthony L. Luppino of Oneonta; brother, Sebastiano J. Luppino (Sakan) of Feura Bush; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral mass will take place on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 10 am at St. Mary’s Church, 39 Walnut Street, Oneonta, with Rev. David Mickiewicz officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to St. Mary’s Church.
