Kaleb was a dream chaser. He wanted his dreams to come true for his family and the people who surrounded him. He was pursuing many avenues to achieve those goals. Kaleb loved sports, music and traveling. He loved being around family and loved ones. Our hearts are forever scarred by our loss. He always saw the bigger picture and his memory will live on.

Kaleb is survived by his mother, Roseann O’Neill and father Anthony Swan. Surviving siblings are Karif A. Swan, Katirah O’Neill, AlJamar Mathis, Damont Smith, AlTariq Swan, Enyis Swift. Kaleb is also survived by his grandparents, Richard and Peggy Jubar. Kaleb was predeceased by his brother Khalil Derios Jr. He also has many extended family members.
