Great childhood memories growing up on 249th st. Although I was 2 years older I admired Vicki for joining Navy and having that commitment and passion. She was always life of party if you were messing up she was quick to let you know and you'd love her even more for being real & honest. I was so happy to reconnect with her and see how happy she was to be a Grandmother. rest in peace Vicki.
