

Albert attended Ontario High School and graduated in 1980. He went on to serve in the U.S. Army for 3 years reaching the rank of Sergeant, earning a medal in marksmanship. He served with the 82nd Airborne and on the U.S. Marksmanship Team. He also played on the U.S. Army Soccer Team in Europe. He continued his education at the University of La Verne and also pursued his love of photography in his spare time. He married his high school sweetheart Noreen and they were married in 1990. Their family grew as they raised three boys. He became a foster parent in San Bernardino County and adopted their daughter, Maryna. He also became a foster parent in Riverside County and adopted son Aleks in December, 2020.
His love for soccer from his days of playing for the U.S. Soccer team was shared as he coached AYSO soccer teams for 10 years.
His spiritual beliefs were evident as he served Sunrise Church as a deacon. He volunteered as a teacher for elementary children at Sunrise Church in Rialto and Packinghouse Church in Redlands.
Albert loved riding motorcycles, playing soccer and restoring his old Mustang. As a life-long sports fan, his favorite teams included Lakers, Raiders and Dodgers and he loved to watch them play.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Noreen; sons Michael 37, in Texas, Joshua 32, Round Rock Texas, Andrew 29 in Moreno Valley and Aleks, 2; daughter Maryna 25 in Moreno Valley; grandchildren Isabella, Ace, Nayeli, Isaac and Autumn; sisters Alicia, Bertha, Martha, Josefina and brothers George and Julio.
Albert will be deeply missed and forever loved.
