Barbara was born in Youngstown, OH on Sept. 23, 1942. Her father was Charles Harkins and her mother was Anne (Walko) Harkins. Barbara has one sister, Charlene Dahlen. Barbara graduated from Liberty High School in 1960. She met Bill when they were 14 years old, and they married on Sept. 22, 1962. Their son, Bill was born 1966, and their daughter Michelle (Missy) was born in 1970. She has twin granddaughters, Morgan and Madison that are 27 years old.
She loved to travel all over and took many trips with Bill and all kinds of friends. She especially loved when her kids and grandchildren were around.
Knowing she loved each of us is a comfort, and the love we all shared with her we will hold close to our hearts. She will be missed more than words can say.
A celebration of life is being planned for family and friends.
