

Carrie attended and graduated from Long Beach Poly High School.
Carrie was employed at Bank of America in downtown Long Beach, CA but her true passion was to be a hair stylist. Once she began doing what she loved, she soon opened her own hair salon in Cerritos, CA.
Carried loved the Lord and she received immense joy in sharing her faith.
Carrie was a loving wife, mother, nana, sister, auntie, and friend. A beautiful woman of God inside and out.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband Columbus Lowe; daughter Angela White; son Stacy Lowe (Julie); three granddaughters; Lindsay Irvin; Lauren Johnson; and Jaelyn Lowe; 3 great grandchildren; Ava Irvin; Mia Moses; and Kingston Moses. Seven surviving siblings; Mattie Stanfield; Amos Carter (Daisy); Marilyn Carter-Thompson; Cliff Carter (Vickie); Larry Carter (Kay); Steven Carter; Joyce Carter-Irvin (Leonard). She had three siblings who preceded her in death, Diana Carter-Wilder; Saunders Carter; Cherry Reid (Otis).
Carrie has a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
