Elvina was born in New Orleans, Lousiana to parents Alfred and Emily. She was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, community member, and friend. She is survived by many friends & family members alike.
All who knew her will deeply miss her presence and kind spirit, but will continue to remember Evlina and honor her legacy in the years to come.
