Eva Curtis

Mrs. Eva (Montes) Curtis of Needles, California, died unexpectedly and peacefully in Sunrise Medical Center, Las Vegas, Nevada, on October 4, 2015, at the age of 75. Eva was born in Canutillo, Texas, and raised in Blythe, California, by her parents Lorenzo David Montes and Juana (Soto) Montes.

Eva is survived by her husband Mike Curtis, daughter Debra (Barnhill) Davis of Alta Loma, California; sons W. Keith Barnhill of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Edward J. Barnhill of Post Falls, Idaho; brothers Johnny (Soto) Montes of Bend, Oregon, and Tony (Soto) Montes of Chula Vista, California; sisters Elodia (Montes) Soliz of Yuba City, California, and Angie (Montes) Cardona of La Verne, California.

A visitation and memorial service will be held from 5:00-8:00pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 in the Draper Memorial Chapel at 811 N. Mountain Avenue, Ontario, California. Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, October 14,2015 in the Draper Memorial Chapel with burial at Bellevue Memorial Park at 1240 West G Street, in Ontario, California.
