Mom miss you today more than ever my best friend your in my heart-always

The service last night was wonderful. Those who shared spoke of kindness love trust and just of being a wonderful friend mother grandmother and wife. We know Victor and Tammy and I know she lives on here on Earth in her family. Victor seems so much like what we heard about her last night that I know she lives on God bless you at this time. How I got to know Fernanda,
In 1971 taking evening English classes at CHS Fernanda offered to give me a ride  to and from school. Even though she did not know me well, she was there to help. Later, we would work together and I loved to visit  with her.  She was kind and always thought of others. I will miss her, and will be forever thankful. 
"The way to perfect joy is incredible simple. It is to put God first." Fernanda was joyful.

I am blessed that you are my mother-in-law. You were the one who gave me your daughters hand. I watched you face many of life's challenges head on and these last three months were no different. You fought for us, which allowed us extra moments with you. You will be deeply missed by so many. You were the greatest Vavo to Miranda and Michael and for that I am ever greatful. But above all things you were always there for Maggie. For all the good times and bad times you were there for her. You always found a way to light up her day and I know you will continue to do that for her. You maybe physically gone from this world but there is a piece of you in Victor, Maggie, Miranda and Michael. We will continue to live life as you would want.  As you have said before, "Happiness isn't about stuff! Happiness is love, family and friends!" We will live by those words and keep the family going strong. Well I know your happy now as well. You are with your mom and sister in the happiest place I know, Heaven. So don't you worry about us, we will be okay. I love you

P.S.-Manuel, Victor and Maggie have never been closer than they are today, which I know your witnessing! It's a great thing to be a part of!

My beautiful prima Frandinha,that's what my mom called you. Your words of encouragement and love were always so heart warming. My mom loved you like a daughter and I know you loved her like a mom.I hope when you get to heaven you will reunite and have all those long conversions that I know you missed. I feel so honored to have called Frances my friend.  We had so much fun together and had lots of heart to heart talks.  I loved hearing all her words of wisdom that her mom would say to her.  I always told her that when she retired, I would come over and write out all those "words of advice and wisdom" she had so she could give that in book form to her grandkids.  I'm sorry we never got to fulfill that.  Over the last month or so, I've gotten to know her daughter and son...I can tell that all the warmth and love she had shines brightly through her children. May you Rest In Peace Frances.  Love and hugs my dear friend, until we meet again.  ❤❤
