James Arnold Wampler of Ontario passed away at the age of 90. Jim was born in Esserville, Virginia and was a veteran serving in the Army, Navy and Marines. He worked at General Dynamics in Pomona for 38 years as a licensed Quality Assurance Engineer, and lived in Ontario 53 years and Hesperia 13 years. Jim enjoyed reading, travel, movies, playing games with family and working out at the gym. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Eileen, his children Sharon of Livermore, Jimmy of Commerce, Michigan, Roger of California, Cathy of Claremont, and Brenda of Ontario, 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 11:00am Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Bellevue Memorial Park, Ontario.
