It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Joan Marie Mendoza of Upland, California. She entered into rest on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at the age of 90. Joan was born in Wisconsin to father Frank and mother Marcella both of Wisconsin. For over 20 years Joan had a career of being a purchasing agent for the restaurant industry.
