Funeral Service will be held on March 15, 2019 at 1:30 pm at Draper Memorial Chapel , 811 N. Mountain Ave, Ontario, CA.

Burial will be held on March 15, 2019 at Bellevue Memorial Park , 1240 W G. , Ontario, CA.

They are survived by Joe is Survived by his wife, Josie, Children Belinda, Maria, Rudy, Steven, Brother; "Bobby" Robert, Sisters; Viola, and Gloria, several grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Joe Garcia and Julia Pacillas, Stepfather; Matt Pacillas, brother David Pacillas, great-granddaughter; Izabella, and Grandson Matt Hinojosa. He will be dearly missed..
