Joseph Albert Foster of Ontario, California passed away on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at the age of 57. Joseph was born to Robert Foster and Toni Gifford on June 4, 1965 in California. Joseph graduated high school and went on get his master's degree. Joseph worked in a tattoo studio where he was a tattoo artist for over 25 years. Joseph and his family were residence of Ontario for over 17 years.
