Lois Mae Owen

Lois was born in Claremont, California on December 10, 1933 to parents Major Bane and Ethel Richardson. She had two sisters, Irene and Betty. Lois went to Chaffey High School where she was crowned Homecoming Queen in 1950, and met her beloved husband John Owen. In 1974, John and Lois started their business, Owen Electric, Inc. Together they were heavily involved in the community. Lois was a long time member of the Assistance League of Upland.

Lois liked to stay active and found great pleasure tending to her home and business as well as working outside in her yard. She had several hobbies but her passion was bowling. She won a number of Championships.

Lois Owen is preceded by her husband, mother, father and two sisters. She was lovingly survived by her sons Tim and Ted Owen, her four grandchildren, Julie, Jamie, Jonathan and Weston Owen, and her grand-dog Sheela. Lois had an infectious laugh and smile. She will be deeply missed.

A committal service for Lois Mae will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W. G Street, Ontario, CA 91762.
