Bob was many things in his life. He was a devoted husband, a loving stepfather, a brother, an uncle, a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), and a trusted friend. But to the little people who loved him abundantly, he was simply PaBob.
Bob worked as an LMFT until his last days. He cared deeply for his client’s wellbeing. He had a quiet way of making people feel seen and supported. He listened with care, offered wisdom without judgment, and carried a steady presence that brought comfort.
To know PaBob was to feel grounded. He reminded us that strength can be gentle and that guidance does not need to be loud to be powerful. He was someone you could lean on, someone who helped you find your balance when life felt uncertain.
We believe PaBob is still with us in the soft drift of the Santa Ana winds, in the sight of a hang glider soaring overhead, and in the flutter of a hummingbird passing by. In those moments, we are reminded to breathe, to take our allergy medicine, and to remember that even when the winds pick up, we can still glide.
Bob passed away December 30, 2025. He is survived by his wife Silvia, children April, Cassandra and Joseph, grandchildren AJ, Penelope, Louana, Ryan and Camila, siblings Marion, Bernard, Jim, Micheal, Tom, and his nieces and nephews.
