Stella Mae Gunter

Stella Mae Gunter, 89, of Mira Loma, California, passed away on December 7, 2015 at Kaiser Hospital in Ontario. She was born on August 17, 1926 in Upland, California and lived in Mira Loma and Riverside for 67 years. She worked as an administrative assistant for 22 years and was a member of the Janet Goeske Senior Center. Her hobbies were word searches, puzzles and playing cards.

She is survived by her daughters, Susann Butler, Glenda Smith (and her husband, Larry), Tracie Gunter, and a son, Jerry Gunter (and his wife, JoAnn). Stella leaves behind eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Meldrum and Kathryn Brown, her brothers, Don, Stan, Lyle, and Dale Brown, and a sister, Dollie Blake.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Draper Mortuary, 811 N. Mountain Avenue, Ontario, California 91762. Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Bellevue Memorial Park, 1240 W. G Street, Ontario, California 91762.
