Ontario native, Chaffey High graduate of 1972 passed away suddenly on April 8. He attended Hawthorne Elementary and Vina Danks Junior High, as well as being a Chaffey graduate.
His wife Gayla passed away in 2008.
He was a skilled machinist at General Dynamics in Pomona, and later was an installation technician of fire sprinkler systems. Bill had been out of work for three years, and had not been to a doctor.
He is survived by three adult sons Ethan and his wife Stephanie, Christopher and his wife Megan, and John.
Bill is also survived by his mother, Maxine "Mickey", his brother Stephen and his wife Dianne, and sister Sandra, sister in law Betty, sister and brother in laws Joetta and Al Gardner, nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts located throughout the state and the country.
His father, Howard Chapman passed away in 2010.
