Reverend Alan Ray Spore, Sr., 66 years old of Mansfield, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on June 5, 2024 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was born in Mansfield, Ohio, on September 25, 1957.
Alan graduated from Madison High School and was retired from Hi-Stat Manufacturing in Lexington. He was the pastor of One Way Ministries for many years.
Alan is survived by his father, Chuck (Audrey) Spore; a son, Alan Spore Jr.; a daughter, Carleen Spore; three grandchildren, Chad, Trevor and Jordan Spore; great granddaughter, Bella Spore; brothers, Charles Spore and Mark (Nancy) Sorden; and brother-in-law, Donnie (Lisa) Pullem. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carleen (Hollowman) Spore.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday June 11, 2024 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at Wappner Funeral Directors – Ontario, 100 S. Lexington Springmill Rd. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM, officiated by his brother-in-law, Pastor Donnie Pullem. He will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park.
