

When Anne was a small child, her family left New York and moved to her father’s hometown of Roanoke, Alabama, where she attended primary school. Her family eventually returned to New York and Anne went on to study cosmetology at Brooklyn High School for Homemaking. Shortly after graduating, Anne married her sweetheart Leonard. For several years to follow Anne owned her own Beauty Shop. Her family was very important and she adored raising her five children. She also enjoyed her dear friends, neighbors and fellow parishioners. Throughout the years, Anne was a Girl Scout leader, a CCD teacher and was involved in many church ministries and charitable organizations. Some of her favorite pastimes were gardening, traveling, bowling, and playing board games with friends. She loved Angels and butterflies.
For over 23 years she spent her retirement with Leonard at the community of Kingslake in Debary, FL.
Anne was preceded in death by her parents, four older brothers James, Jones, Edgar and William, her loving husband of 51 years, Leonard J. Parry Jr., her son Stephen J. Parry, her daughter Kathleen A. Parry and her son-in-law Howard S. Cobb Jr. She is survived by her daughters Patricia A. Cobb, Elizabeth A. Cisek and her husband Walter J. Cisek Jr., Carol A. Lancaster and her son Robert L. Parry and his wife Victoria Woolley Parry. Anne was a very proud Grandmother to 9 grandchildren, William, Emily, Jennifer, Richard, Brian, Kathleen, Christian, Nicholas and Patrick and 8 great-grandchildren, Corey, Erin, Sydney, Annaleigh, Alexander, Evelyn, Allison and Scarlett.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2017 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home and Cemetery in Orange City, FL. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday 10:30 AM at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Debary, FL.
