Arthur C. Dobens

He was a Navy Veteran. He was a firefighter for Nashua, New Hampshire for 22 years. He was a member of the International Association of Fire Fighters Local 789 (retired), retired Nashua Association of Fire Fighters, and a member of the New Hampshire Permanent Fire Fighters Association. After moving to Florida, he worked for Siemens, retiring after 17 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, Dance USA International and a member of Barnett Memorial United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Esther Dobens; sons, Michael (Noreen) Dobens of Hampton, NH, Larry (Asami) Dobens of New York, NY, Peter (Lynda) Dobens of Nashua, NH and James Puckett of Gatesville, TX; daughter, Connie Dean of Vidalia, GA; best friends, Nancy and Patrick Siebert of Deltona, FL; 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2pm Saturday, June 5, 2021 at Barnett Memorial United Methodist Church, 715 Jacob Brock Ave., Enterprise, Florida 32725. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Barnett Memorial United Methodist Church or to a charity of one's choice.
