Bertrand "Bert" E. Gagnon

Bertrand E. “Bert” Gagnon, 63, of FL, and formerly of CT & ME, passed away at home in FL after a courageous battle with cancer on May 28, 2018. Bert was a veteran of the US Air Force. He was an avid lover of independent musicians and showcased their work on his radio station Neon Music Radio. He spent his free time painting and drawing, playing pool and chess, and won many tournaments. He is predeceased by his parents, Elmo Gagnon and Alvine (Cyr) Gagnon. He is survived by his sister, Doris Lang of TN; sister and brother-in-law, Terri and Pete Peterson of CT; niece, Sonia Fears (husband, Anthony) of TN; niece/goddaughter, Tammy Roy (husband, Steve) of FL; nephew, Eric Peterson of CT; great-niece, Briana Fears of TN; great-nephews, Dan Usher of CT, Collin Fears of TN, and Jayden Roy of FL; nephew/godson, Andrew Ringrose of CT; and many cousins and friends. Calling hours will be on Thurs, June 7 from 6-8pm at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763. Scattering of Bert’s ashes will be held at the family’s convenience.
