She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Gilberto Torres, Deltona, FL; her children Carmen Fontanez, Bronx, NY, John Fontanez, Bronx, NY, Gilbert Torres, Deltona, FL, Yolanda Gonzalez, Deltona, FL and Peter Torres, Bronx, NY; and her sister Rafaela Santiago, Melbourne, FL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and seven great grand puppies.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 18, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL. A Vigil Service will be at 7:00 PM that evening in the funeral home, Father Frank Cerio officiating. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, December 19, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of The Lakes Catholic Church, 1310 Maximillian Street, Deltona, FL, Father Kenny Aquino officiating. Interment will follow in Deltona Memorial Gardens, 1295 Saxon Boulevard, Orange City, FL.
