Cheryl Lynn Grasso, 46 , of Deltona, Florida died Sunday, October 31, 2010 at Hospice of Volusia Flagler after being diagnosed as having Osteopetrosis at 18 months of age. She was born in Ft. Hood, Killeen Texas and moved to Deltona with her parents Jo Ann and Mario Grasso in 1972 from Philadelphia, Pa. She attended Deland High School and received her GED from there at 15 years of age. She was an avid reader. Cheryl is survived by her parents, Jo Ann and Mario Grasso; Brother David Grasso of Clearwater, Sister Jennifer Grasso of Deltona; 3 nieces and 1 great niece.
A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday November 13, 2010 at 10am in St Clare Catholic Church 2961 Day Rd., Deltona with Father Carlos Bedoya officiating. Inurnment will follow in Deltona Memorial Gardens Orange City FL.
