Mr. Miller was born on November 30, 1925 in Whitehouse, New Jersey, the son of Clarence H. and Lucy Gullick Miller, Sr. He served in the U.S. Navy for six years during World War II. He moved to Deltona in 1962 and worked for the Mackle Brothers building roads in Deltona.
He is survived by two sons, Glen Miller and Clarence (Salina) Miller; and a daughter, Adele Masiulis; ten grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
