Osteen, FL Age 89 passed away on October 12, 2010. Frank was predeceased by his sons, Mark, Neal and Dewey. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Lois; children, Donna Biondi, Plora Walby, Brenda Souders; 9 grandchildren, David Phillips, Dara Polino, James Walby, Michelle Copeland, Kathy Taylor, Athena Jones, David Shasteen and Heather Byrd; 19 great grandchildren, Charlotte Aponte, Chelsea Phillips, Lacy Phillips, Jillian Phillips, Angelina Polino, Micah Polino, Rachel Walby, Patrick Walby, Alaina Walby, Ashlyn Walby, Eric Copeland, Caleb Copeland, Ethan Souders, Madison Taylor, Jestin Taylor, Mark Shasteen, Cassandra Shasteen, Preston, Byrd and Hunter Byrd; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation for family and friends will be Friday 5-8 PM at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held Saturday 10 AM. Burial will follow services in Deltona Memorial Gardens, Orange City.
