Gil "Enrique" Muniz, Sr., 80, of Deltona, Florida passed away on December 24, 2020. He was born on October 28, 1940 in Yauco, Puerto Rico to the late Gil and Victoria (Ruiz) Muniz. Enrique was known for working hard and his last job was working for Cracker Barrel in the kitchen. He was dedicated to his church, Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church and had quite a green thumb, tending to all his fruits, vegetables and plants.
He is preceded in death by his son, Gil E. Muniz, Jr. and his beloved wife, Aida Muniz. Survivors include his sons, Hector (Mari) Muniz, Roberto (Melissa) Muniz; brother, Diego Muniz; sisters, Olga Reyes, Nydia Gallinari and Norma Arroyo along with 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way. Arrangements entrusted to Deltona Memorial Funeral Home.
